Where a project is registered under RERA, the registration number is shown on the individual property page. Buyers are advised to independently verify every project's registration on the relevant state authority's portal: Haryana RERA (haryanarera.gov.in), UP RERA (up-rera.in) or Delhi RERA, as applicable.

Prices, areas, specifications, possession dates and availability shown on this website are indicative and are subject to change without notice. Carpet area, where quoted, follows the definition in Section 2(k) of the RERA Act. Images, renders and floor plans are for illustration and may not depict the exact unit offered.

Payment protection and escrow

We do not operate an escrow service and client funds do not pass through us in any market. Where we refer to escrow, we mean the statutory mechanisms operated by others: in Dubai, the project escrow accounts supervised under UAE Law No. 8 of 2007; in India, the designated project account required by Section 4(2)(l)(D) of the RERA Act. Where a transaction falls outside any such mechanism, we negotiate a payment schedule linked to verified construction progress. That is a contractual arrangement between buyer and seller, not a guarantee by us, and the mechanism applicable to any given transaction is set out in that transaction's own agreement.

Delay and possession

Where we describe holding a developer to a delay clause, we mean pursuing the contractual remedy on your behalf. We do not underwrite, insure or assume a developer's obligations, and no statement on this website should be read as a guarantee of possession on any particular date.
